I just passed C2 and I did really well! I was terrified for this course after hearing its the beast and all the negative talk about it. It’s suuuuuuuper long but full of such valuable info! I honestly could not have done it without Shiva Bakshi. His tutoring lessons are what have gotten me through C1 and C2. Can’t wait to start C3 with him. He’s worth every penny!! Thanks so much Shiva!

Virtual Sessions
All sessions are held online which gives students an easy way to access the sessions whether at home or on the go. This allows students from all across Ontario to join our sessions wherever they are and still feel connected to other students. Virtual sessions also give students the opportunity to take advantage of a vast range of interactive technologies that bring concepts to life and make learning more engaging and productive.
Group Sessions
While other platforms offer creative ways for students to study alone, these group sessions offer students a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join other students on the same course and study together. This helps make learning more enjoyable and effective and even allows them to discuss concepts with one another even outside of the scheduled sessions. These group sessions work especially well for more traditional or old-school learners who prefer instructor led courses with weekly meetings.
Guided Learning
All group sessions consist of 5 classes led by Shiva Bakshi, an experienced realtor and mentor. This gives students the opportunity to ask questions and clarify confusing topics in a matter of seconds. With weekly homework and small group sizes, students benefit from the group without sacrificing personalized learning. This helps students eliminate procrastination, develop a study schedule, and stay on track to passing the exam in as little as 3 weeks.

Hi….Before joining this group I did think I could pass course 2 exam. My testing on passit was in the 60’s low 70’s I very found pass it does not do questions like the real exams. My marks really changed when I did the tests Shiva gave us…..the questions I got wrong I made sure to understand the right answer.
Do Shiva’s questions over and over, these are really close to the exam questions. Not exact, but similar.
There are alot of “Not” questions, get really good at doing not questions
Hey just wanted to come one here to give a shout out to Shiva for helping me pass C2. His courses were informative and right to the point. Have makes you understand only what is needed and focuses on the key points which are important for the exams. His MCQs are very helpful as majority of them if not all are similar in nature to the exam. Thank you once again Shiva!
