SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description:
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer service updates to clients who have booked an appointment with Shiva Bakshi through my website at https://www.shivabakshirealtor.com or via scheduling forms. Clients must explicitly opt in to receive SMS notifications by checking the relevant consent box.
Cancellation Instructions:
To cancel SMS messages, text “STOP” to the number that sent the messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To opt in again, simply resubscribe via the website or form.

Carrier Liability:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates:
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your service usage and appointment activity.

The SMS service is compatible with most major Canadian and U.S. wireless carriers.
